Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Avenra Cloud is a managed hosting platform, built and operated by Glencoe Technology, that lets you deploy and run your product without managing servers yourself. This policy explains what information we collect when you use avenra.cloud and the Avenra Cloud console, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive the basic profile information those providers share with us: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this to create and authenticate your Avenra Cloud account. We do not request access to your email, files, or contacts, and we never post to your Google or Microsoft account on your behalf.
Usage information. We collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages or actions you take in the console, so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.
Content you deploy. When you deploy an application on Avenra Cloud, we host the code, configuration, and any data your application stores in the databases we provision for you. That content belongs to you; we access it only to operate the platform, to provide support you request, or where required by law.
Cookies. We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third party advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To create, authenticate, and secure your account
- To provision, run, and monitor the infrastructure behind your product
- To send you service, security, and billing notices
- To provide support when you contact us
- To improve reliability and performance, using aggregated, de identified usage data
Google and Microsoft sign in
Avenra Cloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the minimum sign in scopes needed to identify you (name, email, and basic profile), and this information is used solely to operate your Avenra Cloud account. The same principle applies to sign in with Microsoft.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the infrastructure and service providers that help us run Avenra Cloud (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of it to providing that service to us, or when required to comply with the law.
Data retention and security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain account and deployment data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information and deployed content within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account information at any time from the console, or by contacting us using the details below. If you have signed in with Google, you can also revoke Avenra Cloud's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Children's privacy
Avenra Cloud is intended for businesses and developers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly.
